The two storey pavilion redefines the conventional sports-oval-centric typology with a site-responsive design approach. Its planning and orientation intentionally open to the Pines Activity and Community Health precinct, fostering direct connections between the sporting grounds and the wider community. This is further supported by the inclusion of versatile meeting spaces designed for various community and civic uses

This project marks a transformative moment for Frankston North and the Pines community, demonstrating how architecture can simultaneously celebrate sport, sustainability, and social connection
