Consisting 25 levels, the design cue is a sculptured & animated solution, reflecting the increasingly urban context & the adjacent natural marine environment.

The tower starts its ascension with street level referencing at lower floors, arising to curvilinear and marine referencing at the mid-levels, culminating in an encapsulation of the building by the central core blade forms at the main penthouse top levels.

The building is designed around an expansive sun filled northern orientated external space comprising the project’s recreational spaces. The recreational spaces combine with open garden spaces of the established developments either side to create a unique parkland setting at its base.

The project comprises a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and a main 4 bedroom penthouse. Apartment mix changes allow the Tower to step in at varying levels creating unique external deck opportunities and an evolving sculptural form.
