Completed in 2006, and for a point in time, the tallest building on the Gold Coast, Pivotal Point Tower boasts a mix of 92 apartments, commercial & retail spaces. Comprehensive Design & Urban Planning influenced sculptural building elements, art & landscaping infused at street level, encouraging pedestrian connections & a lively street level interface to the Southport city gateway.

Referencing the Nerang River at its base, the curvilinear building elements morph to sculpt the bold angular ascension at mid-levels. Rising 25 levels of residential apartments, the apartments are designed around maximising the spectacular views to the Gold Coast & Hinterland beyond.

This culminates in an elliptical glass skin form at its peak encasing the sub-penthouses on floors 35-38, and two floors of penthouses on floors 39 & 40. This sophisticated gold form becoming an ever changing marker from afar at the south end of the Broadwater.
